Referral call and photos received!

My agency called me with the good news this morning! I had to wait a couple of hours to get the photo through email. With the phone call she was described to me this way: a little hair, but not much, chubby cheeks, gorgeous, with an inquisitive look on her face. So I spent a couple hours trying to conjure up the image in my mind from that description! When I saw the photos I could not believe how beautiful she is. She looks healthy, smart and well cared for. I can't wait to meet her!

Congratulations on your referral. I had to post and say that your Ling girl is beautiful. I can tell that she is from Shangrao CWC because all the babies from that orphanage have their pictures taken with the same background. Today is 1 year that we first saw pictures of our Ling girl. She is an absolute joy to me and my husband. Hope you get a speedy TA and travel soon to bring her home!! Jana

Congrats on your beautiful Ling baby. (The floral print background and cane/bamboo chair is the giveaway).
Is she in foster care, or the SWI?

Congrats. She must be a Ling baby from Shangrao. My daughter's referral picture has her in the same chair in front of the same background. She will most likely be in foster care. The Ling girls are wonderful and the foster parents are great. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions. I adopted my Ling daughter earlier this year. There is a contact button on my site.
I am SOOOO happy for you!
